Education & background
My approach
Counseling is not about fixing people — it is about walking alongside them. My work combines clinical experience with practical application, a deep respect for the human spirit, and a genuine belief that healing and restoration are possible.
Compassionate
Every person who walks through my door deserves to feel heard, respected, and understood — without judgment. That is where the work begins.
Practical
Insight matters, but so does action. I help clients build real, usable tools they can take into their daily lives — not just understanding, but lasting change.
Pastoral
My approach is informed by a deep respect for the spiritual and existential dimensions of human suffering — the questions of meaning, purpose, and hope that sit beneath so many struggles.
Experienced
With more than 38 years of practice across counseling, speaking, consulting, and military family support, I bring hard-won wisdom to every session.
